  • A 24-hour police station

  • Outside respite area for Police
  • Break-out spaces

The John Stokes Redevelopment also includes the construction of specifically designed public housing, including for seniors and people living with disabilities, along with a pedestrian friendly link between Nightcliff Village and Nightcliff Shopping Centre.

The John Stokes Residential Construction tender is currently out to market.
