The Territory Labor Government is ensuring a safe and reliable power network for all Territorians.

Work is now complete on the undergrounding power projects at Larrakeyah Primary and Jingili Primary School – and work at Moil Primary School will be complete next week.

Following the devastation of Cyclone Marcus in 2018, the Territory Labor Government announced it would recommence the program after it was scrapped by the disastrous CLP government.

Schools are the first to receive the undergrounding, with work now complete at six out of the nine schools.

The last three schools to receive work are Stuart Park Primary, Parap Primary and St Johns College with construction commencing from July.
