Tenders called for Arlparra subdivision

A new residential subdivision within the remote Utopia homelands, will pave the way for the construction of ten homes.

The NT Government has released a tender for the construction of roads, stormwater drainage, allotment grading and services at Arlparra.

The works will be delivered through the Territory Labor Government’s Homelands Program, which funds service providers to help homelands residents with municipal and essential services and housing maintenance.

Arlparra, set along the Sandover Highway 381 kilometres south east of Tennant Creek, is one of 13 homelands in Utopia.

The tender closes 8 October 2020 and is expected to be awarded on 29 October 2020.

Works are expected to be completed by 15 April 2021.
