NT Tourism campaign sets sights on youth market

Office of the Chief Minister

A new element of the Territory Labor Government’s Seek Different tourism campaign has rolled out this week with a focus on the Australian youth market.

The Seek Different ‘Youth’ campaign addition will be featured across social media channels in partnership with news website Junkee.

Junkee will also host a competition asking readers: ‘What unique experiences would you seek out in the NT?’

The winning entry will attract a $5000 travel voucher to spend on an NT.

Outdoor advertising will showcase Territory adventures at bus stops across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Tourism NT will leverage trade partnerships with Travello Co-op campaign and the Jetstar May Sale to tap into the 25+ visitor market.

The Seek Different Youth campaign is in market nationally until the end of May 2021 with NT deals and inspiration available on www.northernterritory.com

Quotes from Tourism and Hospitality Minister Natasha Fyles:

“This youth initiative builds on the strong foundation set by the Northern Territory Government’s Seek Different campaign.

“The Northern Territory has an abundance of authentic holiday experiences which young Australian travellers crave.”
